The CHAKARAS Or The WHEELS OF ENERGY
Everything in the universe is made up of the energy, from the microorganism, to the humans, ocean to the mountains, living to the non living ,everything radiates the energy
There are certain key points or the chakras in our body through which energy flows in and out
Chakra energy spins out clockwise from our body sources to the space around us
It radiates the energy from the source body to the environment with the clockwise spin
And it spins anticlockwise to pull the energy from the external environment to ones body
There are 7 main chakra aligned along the spine from the base of the spine to the crown head corresponding to the nerve centers and the major organs in ones body
The mind, body and soul are interconnected and awareness into the one blockage will heal the other 2
blockages
The chakras determines ones psychotherapeutic, emotional and spiritual state of being
Opening of the chakras
for the energy flow it is important for our chakras to stay open and aligned
This invisible energy or the prana is the life force on our body
With the awareness one can open the blocked chakras
Opening the physical chakras leads to the opening of the spiritual chakras
The SEVEN CHAKARAS
The 3 chakras starting from the base of the spine are the chakras of matter with the physical nature
MULADHARA or the first chakra is the chakra of the security and the stability
Opening of this chakra leads to the feeling of safety and fearlessness
Second chakra or or the chakra of creativity and sexuality, located above the public bone and below the navel is responsible for ones creative expression
third chakra or manipura chakra extending from the navel to the breastbone is the chakra of the personal power
Forth chakra or the anahata chakra located at center of the heart and the middle of the 7 chakras is the intermediate between the 4 chakras of matter and the 4 chakras of the spirit and serves as the bridge between the body mind emotion and spirit
It is the source of the love and connection
Fifth chakra or the vishudha chakra located in the throat is the source of the verbal expression
Sixth chakra or the ajana chakra also known as the third eye chakra located between the eyebrows is the source of the intuition
Every living being has the sense of intuitions and opening of this chakra will stronger your ability to listen to your sixth sense
Seventh chakra or the sahaswara chakra or the thousand petal Lotus located at he crown of the head is the chakra of the spiritual connections to our highest self ,connections with other beings and the almighty
