what IS MEANING OF SELF ACCEPTANCE?
SELF ACCEPTANCE MEANS EMBRACING ALL THE FACETED OF OURSELVES-OUR STRENGTH,WEAKNESS, AND LIMITS
BY ACCEPTING THE PART OF THEMSELVES,ONE CAN MASTER THE ROAD OF SELF ESTEEM TOO
SO STOP BEING HARD ON YOURSELF AND START EMBRACING YOURSELF
IT IMPROVES OUR STATE OF MENTAL PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS WITH A HAPPY STATE OF MIND
AS CHILDREN WE ACCEPT OURSELVES TO THE DEGREES WE ARE ACCEPTED BY OUR PARENTS WHICH DEVELOPED OUR SELF ESTEEM AS CHILDREN

IF WE LEARN TO ACCEPT THE UNCHANGEABLE ,IT WILL HAVE GREAT DEAL WITH OUR EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL BEING
IT APPLIES IN CASE OF A BROKEN RELATIONSHIP,OR ANY UNPLEASANT EVENT
INSTEAD OF CREATING THE DISILLUSION,WE SHOULD LEARN TO FACE THE REALITY
BY FACING THE SITUATION WE CAN MANAGE OUR EMOTIONS BETTER
TO HEAL AND RECOVER FROM A PAINFUL BREAKUP,WE MUST FIRST ACCEPT THE TRUTH THAT THE RELATIONSHIP HAD FAILED
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IS IMPORTANT FOR MOVING ON WITH THE LIFE
SUPPOSE YOU HAVE A BREAKUP OR A HEARTBREAK,WE SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE IT RATHER THAN DENYING IT
WITH THE ACCEPTANCE,YOU CAN GET OVER THE CONFUSION,AND FRUSTRATION EASILY
YOU CANNOT SKIP THE EMOTIONAL PHASES AFTER THE BREAKUP
