"Where your awareness goes your energy flows"

Understanding the Law of Energy-

Energy is neither created nor destroyed
We have finite amount of  mental energy throughout the day and its up to us how we use our energy bank

Law of energy-
According the quantum physics, everything in the universe is the energy
At the sub atomic level this energy is known as the unified field or the matrix

CHANNELIZING  of  the  energies

Create your Energy Budget focusing on the things you want to manifest in your life

Practice awareness- Stay fully in the present, and off the distractions

Practicing MINDFULNESS- Be aware of where you spend your energy
and invest it wisely for the things you want to manifest in your life.

Channelizing energies to your goals

Commit to one task,  take it to the completion by cultivating the will power.
Make short and long term commitments for accomplishment of your goals

And invest your energy in your dreams, and relationships that support your goals

Spotting of  the energy vampires in your life:
Make note of how you feel with a person, or some situation -
Whether you feel drained up or neutral or recharged.
Once you know, guard your energies from the energy drainers or the vampires.
Redirect your energy in cultivating and building the richer relationships

2.
ACCEPTANCE OF RELATIONSHIP BREAKUP.WE SHOULD LEARN TO ACCEPT THE THINGS WE CANNOT CHANGE
IF WE LEARN TO ACCEPT THE UNCHANGEABLE ,IT WILL HAVE GREAT DEAL WITH OUR EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL BEING

IT APPLIES IN CASE OF A BROKEN RELATIONSHIP,OR ANY UNPLEASANT EVENT

INSTEAD OF CREATING THE DISILLUSION,WE SHOULD LEARN TO FACE THE REALITY
BY FACING THE SITUATION WE CAN MANAGE OUR EMOTIONS BETTER

TO HEAL AND RECOVER FROM A PAINFUL BREAKUP,WE MUST FIRST ACCEPT THE TRUTH THAT THE RELATIONSHIP HAD FAILED

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT  IS IMPORTANT FOR MOVING ON WITH THE LIFE

SUPPOSE YOU HAVE  A BREAKUP OR A HEARTBREAK,WE SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE IT RATHER THAN DENYING IT
WITH THE ACCEPTANCE,YOU CAN GET OVER THE CONFUSION,AND FRUSTRATION EASILY

YOU CANNOT SKIP THE EMOTIONAL PHASES AFTER THE BREAKUP
